1. Open the apps manager
2. Choose "Install app from file"
3. Upload the app
4. After installation and, if prompted, restarting Splunk, choose to setup the app now
On the setup screen, a user must be chosen as which BeanStack will run. This user should have enough permissions to view all events, such that it can search them for stack traces.
5. In the main menu, the BeanStack app should now be visible
6. When opening the app and going to the Status page, a status should be displayed once the script was run by Splunk
This should take about one minute, as the default is to run the app every 67 seconds.
